An Italian gossip magazine possessed by former Premier Silvio Berlusconi released a 26-page spread of topless photos of Prince William's wife Kate on Monday despite law suit in France from the French magazine that released them first.
Chi hit newsstands on Monday, having a montage of photos taken as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were on holiday in a relative's home within the south of France recently. They incorporated the 14 pictures released through the popular French magazine closer, which like Chi is possessed by Berlusconi's Mondadori posting house.
However the Chi spread went the entire sequence of photos because the couple sunbathed on the terrace, including one shot from the princess putting sun cream on her behalf backside that did not come in Closer.
The pair is striking back hard from the publication from the images, which William's St. James's Structure known as a "grotesque" invasion of the privacy.
Later Monday, lawyers for that royal couple are due in the court in Nanterre, France, to find an injunction against Mondadori to avoid further distribution from the images that have been also produced over the past weekend by an Irish tabloid. The structure stated it might seek damages from Mondadori.
And St. James's Structure stated Sunday that family lawyers would file a criminal complaint from the unknown digital photographer or photography enthusiasts involved. The structure stated it might be as much as French prosecutors to determine whether or not to investigate and pursue a criminal situation for breach of privacy or trespassing.
Chi editor Alfonso Signorini told The Connected Press over the past weekend he did not fear law suit because the photos were already within the public domain following Closer's publication.
